Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization. Open to all mediums. Cel-shade is when everything is block filled then the shading/highlights are all sharp edged without and blending in photoshop/corel/whatever
Soft-Cel is like what I usually do where everything is block filled with shading/highlights laid down, and then those shades are blended into the previous colour to make a softer image.
there's also half-cel where its a mix between the two.
